DENIME's new DENIM story begins.
While aiming to recreate the denim from the time DENIME was founded in 1988, we will update it using the technical capabilities cultivated by the wear house.
Denim
A natural denim that proves that XX was a brown cotton blend. The warp threads are woven on a GL3 loom without rope dyeing.
The fabric is woven with the same right twill as denim, and uses raw yarn before being rope dyed with indigo.
Brown cotton such as neps is woven in as it is, giving it a strong vintage feel. The more you wash it, the more the ridges in the fabric stand out and the more textured it becomes.
It is not pure white, so you can wear it without worrying about getting it dirty.
The sewing specifications are taken from the 1970s "66 model", and the silhouette has an authentic line of the same era.
・XX SERIES
"Vintage Banner" made from denim raw material made in the 1920s and 1930s. The "XX" series is a project in which uncut threads are taken from the denim raw material, and brown cotton is added to the American cotton used at the time based on Kurabo's analysis, and the shape of the uneven thread is faithfully reproduced and woven.
We will develop symbolic vintage setups of each era using XX denim.
Silhouette
This 224, based on the so-called 66 model, is a straight model with no quirks.
The rise is not too shallow or deep, so it doesn't feel cramped, and it is a straight model with a moderate taper that anyone can wear.
You can now enjoy a beautiful silhouette regardless of your style.
Details
Since it is a bar tack specification, the rivets on the back of the pocket are omitted.
The texture of the paper tag, the color of the sewing thread, the name tag and buttons have all been newly produced to recreate the original look of the brand.
These jeans are a fusion of DENIME's originality and Warehouse's spirit of inquiry, and are aimed at creating the best Japanese denim.
*The manufacturer has announced that shrinkage of approximately 6-7cm will occur at the waist and approximately 6-7cm at the inseam.
